Dinosaur Footprints Broome

If you are game enough to climb a few rocks and head down the point, then you should definitely go see the dinosaur footprints at Gantheaume Point. When the tide is below 2.16m (low tide), you are able to climb down the rock and see the dinosaur footprints. We went when the tide was 2.0, but when it get its 1.5m you can you our further towards to ocean and see more prints.
Our 3YO son was in heaven. He was climbing all over the rocks with no worries and was very excited to see the prints. We went in thongs and it was a little slippery so you have to be careful.
I don't recommend taking kids under 3 as you are climbing over rocks and are very close to the ocean and it is a water hazard.
The view from the top of the point is amazing and we got a couple of great family photos. You can also see the bay around to Cable Beach which is beautiful. The sunset would be an amazing site from there too.
You can find out when low tide is each day at the Broome Life Saving Club or you can Google it.
