Beautiful building - few things to keep kids amused

This building is truly awe inspiring inside. The decorations are amazing and a must see when in Venice. We got there early - by 9.30 and there was no line for tickets but late in the day it can be very long. The kids enjoyed the weapons, guns etc on show and also the dungeons and prisons. There is good explanations in English and we also got an audio guide which was very detailed and meant that the kids got sick of waiting to listen to each room. There is a courtyard downstairs which they can move around and play a bit either before or after looking at the main tour. A must see when in Venice.
