Rainbow Jungle Kalbarri

A great place to go for all the family to see some of Australia's (and the worlds) beautiful birds. The Amazonia and South American Macaws are just as beautiful as you have seen in pictures and movies. Do be careful of your ears though, when they start chirping it is very loud. The open air aviary is great to walk through and see many parrots, love birds and other small birds up close and personal.
At the front part of the park, is a whale watching tower. If you are lucky enough to visit at the right time of the year for the annual whale migration, you may just see one... or two. The facility is well set up for walking around and all the birds aviaries have interesting facts about each one. Only small downfall is as you walk through there a large ponds around with fish and can be a water hazard for small children. But all in all, as great place to spend some time with the kids and see some beautiful birds
